Sun Design LLC is Hiring an Architect Near Irvine, CA

Duties:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements for interior spaces.
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide guidance on material selection, finishes, and furnishings to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in design projects.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within established parameters.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project details and progress.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design, interior design, or construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to visualize concepts in three dimensions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
